I used the Live Chat while I was setting up my account. I asked two questions about two additional products they were offering at sign up. All the person on the other end kept saying was No. and when I asked No what? the response was "You don't have to buy any additional services", in addition, when I said I knew I have to buy them, I wanted to understand what additional benefit they were offering me, the person just repeated the same answer. They also asked for the URL twice. It was frustrating and I ended my order request. I read in their "OATH" that support would be US, so I asked the person where they were and they told me India.

I am mostly pleased with their tech support. several times I had technical issues with my website and when I called their technicians were professional and quick to fix it. The difference between them and my previous hosting provider is like day and night, can't even compare. Keep up this great service and the fat cow will get even fatter.
