It's my pleasure and I appreciate the opportunity to talk to you and introduce myself and InMotion Hosting to Top-10-Web-Hosting.com visitors.
InMotion Hosting was started in 2001. In our early years, we were a small hosting company that had limited resources and personnel. In fact, we had only one server! We had next to no money for marketing. It forced us to focus on going above and beyond the call of duty when it came to servicing our customers. As the years progressed, our detailed attention to customer satisfaction helped us to grow on a consistent basis. We now have over 100 servers and 40 employees in Los Angeles, CA and Virginia Beach, VA. That being said, we do not forget how we got here. Our staff is trained to exceed customer expectations every time you call, email or have a chat with InMotion Hosting.
We've been fortunate to be listed as a Best Business Host for several years now. We consider that an honor and work hard to make sure that we're able to uphold it. As business owners ourselves, we understand how critical it is to have certain components of a website working all of that time - lightning fast email, SPAM filtration, excellent website uptime and competitive merchant account rates to name a few. We have spent a significant amount of time and money on making sure that we're able to provide these services, including purchasing high end Dell 2950 severs, blending multiple bandwidth providers and having redundancy for all of our hosting accounts. Additionally, we also provide great scalability as well. It's comforting to know that as your website grows the hosting platforms at InMotion Hosting will be able to grow with you.
Accessibility to qualified technicians. We understand that no matter what, there are going to be issues in a service oriented business such as web hosting. We also know that as business owner, time is money. Our support staff is trained to answer customer questions quickly and effective, and when possible, to answer any anticipated follow up questions as well. Compared to the industry, we have a very high 1st time resolution rate.
Obviously, those awards are important to us. It allows potential clients an opportunity to see what kind of web host they will be trusting with their business hosting needs. That being said, one of the more rewarding parts of my job is to work with the QA (Quality assurance) team and read the emails that are sent directly to our managers. It's always rewarding to see when we've helped someone succeed.
Our goals are really very simple. Provide the best possible experience for our customers through top notch service, unparalleled uptime and software that makes lives easier for the business. In the future, we feel that this market will remain very competitive and there will be some market consolidation. Time in and time out, we have seen big business fall short at providing proper service to the web hosting customer. We feel that our blend of technical expertise along with attention to customer care will allow us to succeed in this industry.
